Quality Assurance
Texweave puts a lot of emphasis on quality products and quality management. Therefore, the planned and systematic activities are implemented in a quality system so that quality requirements for the garments are fulfilled. Our Quality Assurance also includes management of the quality of raw materials, fabric and color composition, products and components, services related to production, and management, production, and inspection processes. Our experience quality assurance teams manage all phases of product production using well planned and designed quality systems; who not only conduct inspections but also follow three-tier inspection system from the time the orders are placed to the time the product is ex-factory. This three-tier system includes Initial, Mid-line, and Final Inspections; as per the agreed upon AQL level. The quality Assurance process is carried out at each stage starting from the sample development. For testing, we work with BVCPS, SGS. This thorough set of standards, risk analysis, and building quality rigor ensures that buyer expectations are always met and often surpassed. We also undertake third party quality inspections if required by the client as per the agreed or required AQL levels.
Quality Control
Tested quality control processes along with inspections at regular intervals allow us to deliver orders on-time and within the required quality standard (AQL 1.0 – 4.0).
We enforce standards from the start – fabric, trims, processing (printing + dyeing), lab testing (physical + chemical), patterns & fitting, washing, finishing, packing, in-line (10% packed), mid-line (50% packed), final (100% packed).
Our team includes specialized controllers for each different and specific product category. Our controllers base experience comes from having manufactured the products by themselves and knowing everything there is to know about them.
Equipment Support for Quality Assurance
The team follows the properly laid out process and customized formats for each process by taking approvals from the buyer at all required milestones. The team ensures that all the procedures, systems and processes are well institutionalized among the teams of vendor partners and followed to meet buyers’ expectations. Texweave Has all the modern equipment to ensure quality as per buyer requirements. We have Light Box, barcode reader matching, Gsm matching, Dummy etc. So we can check everything before sending it to the final buyer. We are also aware of the present European law and maintain it.
